Very quiet, you get the odd tractor but that's about it, it isn't a through road to anywhere (it's 200m round the corner from my old bungalow). It's a gorgeous location, only a stones-throw to the Broads and only 15mins from Norwich.moneyistooshorttomention wrote: »I think that house will get "forgiven a lot" because of its location though. Nice garden. Looks like a quiet road. Well-maintained (if outdated).0 -
I have never seen so many gnomes in the one garden! I wonder if the all have names? :rotfl:I got ham but i'm not a hamster.....0 -
Downstairs bathroom so that the gnomes can use it? :rotfl:0 -
From some of the family photos, some of them are over 30 years old. I would not like anyone in my family still got baby photo of me on the walls.
Those cuddly ape things on the bed in pic 4 scare me.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Given the number of family photos on display, relationships are high on the vendors' agenda, so it's almost certain they do!
Sorry to correct myself, but I've just realised that it's not the occupier who's selling; they're a tenant with a protected tenancy.
Thought it was cheap. Still, they're keeping the place well, even if their decoration is a trifle on the 'loud' side.0 -

I can't quite put my finger on exactly why, but the bathroom in this house is quite unnerving...

Well - you could say at least the vendor is being honest in their photos.
Fairly recently done kitchen by the style of it - but look at the wall/edge of ceiling just above window and that looks like could be a case of "Warning - neglectful neighbour living above", followed by the garden saying "....and said neighbour has caused me to lose heart by now - and that's why I'm selling - as I've given up hope re said neighbour".0 -

Harrow has a problem with fly tipping in particular mattresses. So I hope that mattress in the garden isn't waiting to be fly tipped round the corner....
They have "an easily maintained" concrete slab garden and they haven't bothered to weed it. You would think for the price they are asking for an ex council maisonette they could have tidied up the garden a bit....0
