Certainly very odd property. Wondered why they needed so much CCTV - must be a problem council estate it is on. Must be a lot of people live in the house as there is so much stuff and TVs everywhere.

Wow! So confusing. It looks like there's an industrial kitchen in a lean-to.

To the rear of the property there is a business opportunity with the catering kitchen which has a licence to operate between 10 am to 11 pm to provide outside catering and is accessed through...

So many lamps, lanterns, spotlights, uplighters, downlighters and security lights - the rest of Wigan must go dim when they start turning those on ...

And I can't see a drain in the wet room ... And pic 18 - surely not the correct way to install plumbing?

Have they split this house in 2? It used to be on for £100k more and was advertised as having 6 bedrooms, not 4.
