Firstly this property is not in a great area....secondly, a semi was sold for £100k less down this road (or I think the next road).... There are much better terraces and even semis in better areas of bromley for less than this price!

Although having said that, I was positive that next door (which needs knocking down) was a typo when it was listed, and rang the agent to check, only to be laughed at
