I thought it was good value till I looked at the plan.

Friends had a better-shaped pad a few doors up from there. Good view of Sydney Gardens, but they hardly saw the sun. That one at least looks the right way.

Well, in the description the second bedroom is the cupboard between the ensuite and the kitchen, at 4ft 9inches I suppose you might get a cot in there.

I was once on the top floor of a different Georgian block with a similarly-sized store room as that one. Never occurred to me to use it as a bedroom; it was just a store with access to the roof......which was far more interesting, especially in weather like we're having now. There was a beautiful, un-overlooked space up there, just right for growing tomatoes!

Judging by the number of chairs/bench at the dining table, this place is home to a very large family with a lot of growing kids crammed into a small house - giving each of them a bit of private space in the loft seems to have been the only way they could manage maybe? Doesn't look like there's been a lot of cash to spare but a happy home doesn't have to be palatial
