Here's an example of how a developer can waste money on fittings. Photos 8 & 10. If they were luxurious 4 poster beds I can understand why they were put in, but those things??!! Photo 15 is worth a look if you like bizare bathroom fittings.

I love it! I agree about the beds but the rest is lovely. Is that a toilet and sink in one?0 -
Have a look at picture no.6, do you think this is included with the sale?

LOL Maybe I can send OH down to fill the position. For a price of course!
This is just across from the bottom of our road of semi-detached houses. I'm pretty certain our views are much better than theirs! (can watch the ships going up to the Manchester Ship Canal from bed, and on the Tuesday Bank Holiday this week were able to see sailing boats on the Mersey) Plus we have 3 large bedrooms (admittedly none en-suite, but a downstairs shower room to match their "guest cloakroom").
I spit on what I can see of the kitchen diner, it's taken badly with a wide angle lens and most of what you see is bad shot of a table and chairs. Where's a pic that shows "The dining kitchen is well planned and is fitted with state of the art appliances." I bet our kitchen diner is better! :rotfl:
And we have gardens of our own too, both back and front gardens. I think the landscaped gardens mentioned in sales blurb are shared with the rest of the estate. So will presumably be looked after by gardeners - for a cost... Last year we grew 200 bulbs of garlic, similar this year has been planted. And spuds and onions and chard and kale. Doubt you would be allowed to grow veg for use there.
Hmm, can you tell I am not impressed by the above house? :rotfl:

Those beds are really common in Germany!
Nice house from the outside, but the fittings are a bit odd!Grab life by the balls before it grabs you by the neck.0
