You will need sunglasses and an open mind to look at this one! It is unbelievable, go have a look, and NEVER judge a book by its cover either!

Yes I remember I was in one of those in P70 -
There's a street near where I work where there's some great looking houses facing some rubbish looking ones, so the rubbish ones had a great view but the nice-looking ones had a horrible one. If they were similar on the inside, we wondered whether it was better to be in the ones that looked good or overlooked the good ones. There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0

Apart from the double glazing and microwave, this house could have been used as a film set for Prime Suspect 1973

That kitchen is prime 1960s I know this because my parents had one in their house that was built in the 60s that was the same style. Theirs was blue though but I remember the cupboard doors.
What I really like (not) is the carpet on the side of the bath. How do you hoover that?0 -

Same situation in Mumbles where houses cost 3x that of one's in Port Talbot but those in Port Talbot have views of Gower and Mumbles and houses in Mumbles have views of Port Talbot.0 -

I've always thought this about listed houses, for grade 2 listing it's mostly about the exterior. So if you own one you get all the hassle and expense but most of the time you are inside probably frustrated because there are changes you want to make but can't! I'd want the house opposite, so you get a view of a lovely house with none of the hassle!0 -
This one is just so boring, needs more colour and maybe some pictures of a celebrity http://www.daft.ie/dublin/houses-for-sale/clondalkin/lot-1-house-at-44-harelawn-drive-clondalkin-dublin-1408769/0

Extend level with front of house
Wall down garage to create long single garage on right
Section off back of new garage to create utility room
Knock down existing right hand kitchen wall and hallway, so large squarish kitchen
Knock down right hand lounge wall to open up into new dining area. Change right hand lounge window for sliding doors (possibly extending to right).
Not sure what to do with back kitchen wall - keep I think and ditch the window. Not sure I really like totally open plan in a large house.
Then extend upstairs as well...........
Ignore my ramblings.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
