Have a look at the house on streetview. It has loads of tin advertising signs on the side of the house and fence and there's someone sitting on the front doorstep.
The greenery has really been cut back.

"VIEWING STRONGLY RECOMMENDED" - I doubt you'd be able to get inside to actually view anything!!! OMG!!!:D
SOMEONE on here must live in Liverpool. Do the decent thing - view it and report back :rotfl:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

I live a 5 min drive from it. Havnt viewed it but its in a really nice area thats quite sought after. Looks like an old person has lived there who was struggling to cope. Would need to spend a good few bob on it but it would be worth it.
Sadly I dont live in a desirable part of Liverpool. I was actually paid (well legal fees and survey paid) to live in this postcode. All I can afford. Mad to think a mere 5 mins away its desirable and 3 times the price.I have every possession I want. I have a lot of friends who have a lot more possessions. But in some cases I feel the possessions possess them, rather than the other way round0 -

Something wrong with me too - I think it's got great bones. I'm also in awe of the wicked wallpapering skills, they're incredible.0 -
