    Has she clothes on?
Knowing this might help my subconscious wrestle with the concept here.

Meanwhile, I'd just observe that the agent knows !!!!-all about imperial measure!

Wow, I feel sorry for the vendors. A good number of people will probably be put off by the monstrosity next door. :(

It is distinctly offputting and I felt sorry for the vendors - but that isn't a bad price for a Tenby house and I might have moved somewhere different if that one had been up for sale when I moved to Wales (rather than having Tenby on the list of "places I can't afford - darn it").

Ha, I see what you mean about the measurements, what is the extra digit for, is he just hitting numbers for the sake of it?
and yep, the woman is naked but only see the back and shoulder and face, see, even if, I imagine things, I still get let down;)

There is a place not a million miles from me, where there was a falling-out between semi-detached neighbours over something or other..

I can't remember what it was about, or even if I was properly informed, but the loser(s) painted their house a lurid shade of greenish turquoise, hard to describe, in order to 'punish' next door.

There's also the striped house in Kensington...

More fool them then - imo people who do something like that "show themselves up" and I'd take a look at a house like that and think "I can see what they're like - stupid idiots. Bite nose off to spite face".

I'd swap the lounge into bedroom 1

Trouble is that it would only be 9' 10" wide.

There's something odd about the floorplan! The hallway doesn't appear to have an exterior door but there's a door to nowhere in bedroom 2.

Does that mean that they would also complain if the house was timber framed black and white? People are so silly it is only paint.

Nope the entrance is through the bedroom. They have done something funny to the layout otherwise the balcony is also off the bedroom. They have tried to make an extra bedroom from the first reception room. Trying to sell a 2 bed flat for the price of a 3 bed perhaps?
