its not a crazy layout - that used to be a retirement home i reckon
I thought it might be a granny annex type arrangement downstairs as it could almost be self contained. But after reading your post it seems possible that it could have been rented out to multiple OAP's or something, the lounge definitely looks like it could be some sort of common room with all those seats!0 -
