Looked at the floor plan to see where bedroom 3 was........ Apparently the utility room is a potential bedroom 3!! So the conservatory could be potentially bedroom 4!?!?!
These bungalows would not have been built with the modern feature of a utility room so probably would have been a bedroom originally. I don't think they are suggesting the sink would remain ☺0 -
