at Offers Over £100K and in its condition I'll doubt they'll get a bid soon as this is above the current market rate for the area!!!
I'm just eating breakfast and that bathroom made me feel quite ill and I thought my tiles could do with a bit of a tidy.Spend less now, work less later.0 -

I get the estate agents are busy and people have to live in their homes but jeez just clear all the cr** & clutter out of sight whislt they take on tiny photo. We did that when my parents are selling, constantly running to the next room to get stuff out in the hall & then back. And they aren't cheap either. Offer in excess of £250k but we can't be faffed to make the place look nice as in this market you'll have to like it or lump it.
I've honestly seen more people's pants & washing than a laundry.0 -

This looks a very pleasant property - http://www.murrayandcurrie.com/buy/14-16-hawkhill-close-edinburgh-eh7-6al
until you see what someone's doing outside! http://www.edinburghnews.scotsman.com/news/property-advert-shows-man-peeing-against-wall-1-3875512
I think the property company's done the right thing by taking the offending image out of their particulars!
