The oversized double fridge freezer...........a small kitchen area for such a huge thing. I dont think much 'food preparation' goes on in that kitchen.

It's actually up for rent too. I can't find it now but it showed the 2nd bedroom, couldn't get more than a single bed in there.

Needs doing up on the outside but the inside isn't bad. Look at next door it is empty and waiting to be developed. It's boarded up and overgrown. I *think* the flat for rent is also included in the development plans. Can't see it not being or at least the developer is trying to buy it. An 11 story plan was withdrawn from that plot recently.

From the listing description

This is a superb example of a period building that has been lovingly cared for and retains it's original character features, most notably the 'cage style' lifts and sweeping spiral staircase.

So, according to the floorplan, pic 8 is a shower room. You can see the sink, and what looks like the shower on the right, yet there's also a back door to the garden and a dining table and chairs!

Also, on the floorplan, it looks like the "study" only has an internal window.

The toilet is accessible by the kitchen! Cannot tell if the area on top of the external steps in pic 6 just covers the area by the shower room or is as wide as the flat. If its the latter, it would be easier to rectify. Replace the window in the loo with a door and put the loo in the shower room blocking off the door.

If its the former, you need to swap the shower room with the kitchen as having garden/rear access isn't good.

I wonder if the ground floor flat has similar bizarre floor plan.
