That house has to be an experiment which failed. Thank goodness all the nick nacks go with vendor
You never know, the buyer might be lucky and get the lot :eek:I_have_spoken wrote: »"MAGNIFICENT PLOT SIZE" - is that EA code for demolish and build flats?
I think it almost certainly is! Or the vendors might decide to stay put and add another garish extension with the ample land0 -

Picture 1 and 2 shows their epic fail and how they photo shop to make it look bigger than it really is
You can see this in the dimensions of the door. For picture 1 to be correct, the door would have to be of a non-standard size, for the 2nd picture it is a standard widht to height ratio. The final nail is the actual dimensions of the pictures themselves. Picture 2 is 3x2 (aka 6x4) a standard frame size taken by non-widescreen cameras and phones, picture 1 is the same height but squished down a very non-standard ratio.
My guess would be that all the photos apart from picture 2 are displayed in the wrong ratio which would also explain why the fridge freezer and dishwasher seem very narrow in pictures 14 & 15 but look fine when the pictures are rescaled. I think the agent noticed this after uploading them, reuploaded the outside picture at the correct size but couldn't be bothered to do the rest.
Far be it for me to defend the black arts of Estate Agents and I'm sure it happens but in this instance you have only found evidence of your paranoia, not foul play.
SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
