In the 'music' room there appears to be two random squares of sound proofing on two walls ... I'm pretty sure you need to cover a bit more to make a difference.
Not to be pedantic but that's acoustic treatment not sound proofing. Only way to soundproof would be to build a "room within a room".
Doesn't look like the best application though depending on what they're trying to achieve. Looks like they're probably just trying to stop sound reflecting off the walls if the room was too lively sounding but for recording or as a studio this would be pants!0 -

It could be handy to have a window that large in the bathroom though. I have to share a toilet with the boy pixies at work, there is no window and when I catch a whiff of synthetic jasmine I know I need to leave it a good 30 minutes before entering.0
