2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens but 1 bedroom? Obviously needs redeveloped but why would it have been like this to begin with?
Obvious and cheapest solution is to convert the kitchen with bathroom adjoining it into the master bedroom as then has its own en-suite.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I'm guessing that the kitchen with the bathroom off it was used as a studio flat / granny annex. Its hard to tell which kitchen is which from the photos but one of them has only a small 'kitchenette' in one corner and looks as though there would be room for a single bed too.All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0 -

"...and this is the torture room. It's lovely and airy, isn't it? Don't mind the algae, Gerald loves waterboarding and gets a bit carried away sometimes, don't you darling? That'll clean right up with a bit of bleach...and now on to the kitchen..." Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -
