the clue is: look at the line of the gutter at the window. The guttering on the extension overlaps the window frame so is certainly on "their" side of the building line and would have needed planning permission to do soRunning_Horse wrote: »Difficult to tell, even looking at satellite view.

the brickwork is however less clear cut, although I suspect that the footings must transgress the boundary otherwise the trench for the extension is inadequately wide
certainly puts some limitations on what the new purchaser can do themselves if they want to extend0
