Glad to see they made an effort for the EA coming round to take the photos, well I think they might have made a start in photo 3 by getting the cleaning stuff out and what on earth is that stain behind the toilet?!
Looking at the bed made me wonder if a full sized human lives there
The stain behind the toilet looks like it is marks from the old toilet. They never bothered to replace the tiling, instead stick in a new toilet and don't worry about the old brown marks!

I wouldn't mind the sofa either but the picture of the bed in picture 4 is a bit disturbing. Looks like they got the estate agent in the same day as the undertaker ...0 -

Why does it need 5 pics for the front? Pic 1 would be fine.
