In rightmove, enter postcode 'br6' and sort by 'most recent' and check out the 4th one. ( property-32864925). The huge rises in london has affected orpington too and prices have gone crazy in the last year.
P.S - looks like I am not allowed to post links yet as I am a newbie. Can someone post it for me please.
