I can't believe someone was willing to buy this...£275.000 for what is essentially a shed :eek:
Helpful of the estate agent to provide a floor plan though...I'd never have been able to understand the layout without one0 -

The floorspace is 17.44m2! Almost 3.5 times smaller than my flat
And it's 8.2 times more expensive per m2. Meaning my flat will be almost £1m if you applied the same price per m2 to my flat's floor space!
