The first floor has two bedrooms (one with "en suite" shower), a bathroom, and a "kitchen area/dining/sitting room".
The second floor has bathroom and large "sitting/bedroom".
So two bedrooms exclusively bedrooms but there are three bedrooms if you prefer a third bedroom with a general "living" area encompassing cooking, eating, lounging about rather than have a separate sitting room. (Or that "sitting/bedroom" could be a bed-sit.)0 -

I've never understood it either. Surely you put the mirrors on the ceiling? :whistle:They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

Looks like a wonderful project for someone with deep pockets! I'm a bit puzzled why such a property would have Sky TV (pic 2)0 -

I have a little game for you - count the number of people you can seat on the various chairs, sofas, benches, swing and hammock in this property! I think I have counted 50!

Thanks for introducing that game. My first count reached 49 and I can't be bothered to carry out a re-count exercise.
Do you think they have a garden seating business and this is their showroom?0 -
