Haha, now that is one set of good photos :T

I can't find the old link for the one I want to mention about but it goes something like this....property on sale for 9 months without selling with a well known estate agent at 145k, it did not sell. This property has now been listed with another estate agent and this time for 152k. Hmmmm that'll do it...
