Wow, that has been for sale a long time! See http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-22132586.html

And for those that don't have PropertyBee:
    16/06/2014 Price changed: £124,950
13/04/2010 Price changed: Offers in Region of £135,000
    24/07/2008 Initial entry found.

    SP

p.s. the link above also has floorplans but you need to click full screen to see them.

Wow that's interesting, it only seems to be the left half of the house from the front then? As there is only 1 window in the floor plan upstairs.
It's sort of a doubled fronted (is it 3 story too?) cut in half, not equally, and the odd shaped rooms are due to the incline of the road, and the way the property has been separated.

But they where advertising it as a ground floor maisonette?????

No wonder it's not selling. Even as a second home/holiday home I think people would think twice.

This one is probably really good value for money-once some de-cluttering/ brightening up has taken place.

Pic 7, is that in the brick barn with the double wooden doors-so it looks still like a barn from the outside!!!?
"An application has been submitted for conversion of the barns to form three holiday cottages"

Not so keen on the large shower in the bedroom either pic 9.

Is that a red telephone box photo 19?

Not sure if I like the creeper all over the tower-looks lovely-but what's going on underneath.

They have only shown 2 pictures of the rooms in the mill too

Slightly off topic, but I've just discovered this website. Beautiful photos of derelict mansions.

Stayed in a caravan at 'The Warren' when I was 8. Loved it; but it was low key with simple caravans nestled in the dunes, (at least at the far end).
In the mid 80s it was all large chalets with company names on them.

    Does this look familiar?
    http://www.rvbusiness.com/tag/haulfryn-holiday-homes/
In Wales, a caravan equipped with a luxury Italian kitchen, top-of-the range flat screen television and iPhone controlled heating system has been sold for a whopping 550,000 pounds ($793,000).

Innocuous from the outside, but the decor gets worse the further through you go. Try getting some peaceful repose in #10 :p

It's not know locally as Beastly Eastleigh for nothing :)
Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j

I've lost two whole days to this thread, and I missed out loads in the middle. Some absolute howlers on here!!

Anyway, as more of a lurker than a poster, I can't post the full link, but hopefully someone can fix it, and I don't think I need to explain what is a bit wrong here..
