The comments are a bit harsh - with the exception of the top picture it doesn't look that bad to me - we've seen a lot worse on this thread :rotfl:

It's horribly cluttered but it doesn't look like a bad house underneath that I don't think.

At least there's nothing plain weird lying out!

Ever since I was a kid I've always wanted a "Big house with a swimming pool" I've finally found one I could afford (If I had a job!)

It doesn't look that bad! From the photos all that work looks do-able to a good DIY-er. Fantastic price.

The only thing that would put me off is the proximity to that road (oh and my daily commute to Canary Wharf)

:rotfl:'That road' isn't exactly the North Circular!

The Cych is a picturesque, peaceful valley, but what would put me off is that they built the road and most of the houses on the east- facing side. The valley being steep-sided, that house, with its back buried in the hillside, would lose the sun early in winter, so would probably feel dark, cold and depressing.

We have many similar locations in Devon. Nice in summer, but.....;)

    How to sell a house.
    1) Throw loads of rubbish outside
    2) Set fire to it
    3) Invite round the Estate Agent
    4) Make sure the first picture is of the house behind the burning rubbish...
    5) Profit

I wouldn't of twigged what way the house was facing until I got there with my compass app on the Iphone while prancing about in my pink hunter wellies!

I guess on car and a tractor a day isn't too busy!

I drive past this house every day on my way to work, it's actually in the nicer part of Staines. Lots of houses up for sale there at the moment as the flooding was really bad a couple of months ago.

For once the agent was correct in the use of "unique"
