This is one we've considered looking at (though almost certainly too expensive when you add in that it obviously needs lots of work) I've walked past it before and noted the, uhm, intersting mosaiced porch, and now I see it has a matching fountain in the garden. Note that there is only one interior picture. And also when I rang to arrange a viewing a fews weeks back I was told 'Well, we haven't been able to get in touch with the tenants...' and have heard nothing since. My husband and I suspect that behind those doors lurks a legal as well as decorative disaster!

Agree. Surely it would get wet when someone has a bath or shower. Would've been better to have the loo where the sink is, then the toilet roll holder could go on the wall.0 -
How did they take photo one? Must have a very high step ladder

Particular highlights for me are the shampoo at the kitchen sink, and the curtain co-ordination throughout.Shrinking my mortgage!

Looking at prices in the area, it's a property I would buy if I wanted to live in the area.
Just plenty of time, a few skips, some overalls, rubber gloves, and maybe some help.
I'd find it quite interesting routing through some of that, looks like a couple of pieces of Lloyd Loom in the living room.
What has been "blocked" above the washing up liquid I wonder?
If that a piece of material hanging down the wall in the bedroom held up with gaffer tape, or is it wallpaper-damp wall?
I find it quite sad, that someone has "had to go" very quickly probably and left all those possessions.
Whether it could be repossession/ bailiffs, illness, passing away, mental health.:j0 -

The blocked thing looks like a head photo of someone. Judging by the walking stick, types of clothes and chair by the washing machine I imagine the owner has died or gone into careI find it really sad that the Daily Mail is making a story out of it

My bathroom is arranged like this and have a free standing holder. When I first moved in, the loo roll holder was above the cistern! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
