4' 9" x 10' 10" would be OK for a single bed and if you only had visits from close friends whom you didn't mind walking through to get to the loo. I can't believe thats legal? There appears to be no ventilation in the bathroom - or kitchen (gas) or anywhere actually, and surely if there was a fire or other emergency, you wouldn't stand a chance with only 1 possible means of escape.
