That's a corker. But who in their right mind would install a full size cooker, sink and kitchen units in a space that size? It's not a bad size for a pied a Terre compared one like this, which were probably cleaner' s or porter's cupboards in a previous life.

They could easily have a half sink, two rings, a wall mounted small oven and space for clothes storage. Get rid of the washing machine too. There's no tv or music either, so maybe it is for someone who wants to read in bed, you couldn't easily even play cards or a board game without a hard surface that you can sit at.

There's another very similar in the building that has a mezzanine bed level that looks much more liveable, I seem to recall.
