It could be fun finishing it for them:
'Once you pull up on your driveway and step inside this three bedroom house, which does need some refurbishment and modernisation,- you think "Good God, why the hell did I buy this?"
- you sink into a chair and pour yourself a stiff bleach.
- you close the metal grilles on the windows, activate the CCTV and settle down for another evening's entertainment, listening to the neighbours rowing on both sides and watching their kids doing anti-social things outside.
