imaginitive use of a utility room, some of the houses round here have the door to it at the front as well, we have one like that but the door is at the back, it would fit a dining table in but i'm not taking the washer and dryer out to see how it looks :rotfl:

I think it's a very large, very tall tree probably with a PO on it.

We looked at this about 2-3 years ago, on for (I think) £335,000 then. At that time was the most expensive thing that would have sold on that road.. . not got time to www.nethouseprices.co.uk it now!

It hasn't changed at all, and wasn't a maisonette then and isn't one now!

Can someone offer an opinion on this house, I think it is over-priced. Asking should be around £155k with a view to accepting £145k in my opinion.

Postcode is LE4 9JN, number is 276 Humberstone Lane, Leicester.

It is also being marketed as "Thurmaston", technically it isn't but I have seen EAs do this a lot, so I will let that one slide!

Lovely house, but confused with one item on photo 2. Can anyone tell me what's sitting on the firebreast? It can't be a TV as that is in the corner of the picture, and if it's a space-age "fire", it's sitting pretty high up the wall!

It does look like a fire to me. Near the bottom of the glass you can see where the 'coals' are.
