I think you would be disappointed. I didn't see items in 11 and 12 mentioned in the description and given that there is "space for appliances" and yet appliances are depicted I guess the utensils aren't included either.0 -

Now I love period houses, and admittedly this one oozes character and is very cute. However, there's no denying this cottage in Bognor Regis is a wee bit odd - strange stripey beamed exterior that puts me in mind of a zebra, long narrow breakfast room (with yet more zebra stripes :eek:) and a claustrophobic-looking, white-goods overloaded kitchen that resembles a sauna with all that pine.......not to mention my pet hate - exposed internal stone
