With thin, single skinned walls, it probably feels like you're outside when inside anyway.
Perhaps the nearest road being 1/4 mile away is a more of a problem than simply having a cold bum first thing in the morning?

Its a rental! the outgoing tenants have got no incentive to tidy up or move their kids for the benefit of their landlord.

Scary to think you can manage to make a 4-bedroom house that messy and hoard-intensive on a short-term rental.
Plus how many TVs do you need in a bedroom (pic 9)? And how do they get into the bed(s?) in pic 10?Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing?
