I booked a home delivery from Tesco last Monday evening.
When the delivery driver came, he told me that he did not have any of the chilled items that I had ordered, although I have been charged for them.
I called Tesco and was told that I would be credited £24.00 for the goods not delivered and my delivery charge.
Today is Friday and so far I have received nothing. I have called them but was told that the money was on its way - How long does it take ???????????
