Or do chicken breasts with a tomato sauce and courgettes and serve on rice
Another fave here is to use up tins of cream of chicken or mushroom soups, some chicken breast and maybe some chopped mushies and throw in the slow cookeryummy! Serve with rice or pasta

Hi Pondsaver,
You might get some inspiration from chicken recipes in the slow cooker recipe index. Slow Cooker Recipes - Chicken Index
My personal favourite with chicken breasts is in a tarragon, white wine and cream sauce.

You don't need much Coke for it - about a cans worth will do
it does have to be full fat though.

Hi, I know this thread is a bit old, but I wanted to share, as it's really quick and easy!
You need:
Salsa - either a jar (tescos 99p) or homemade with chopped toms, onion & chilli Tin of borlotti beans (or cannellini or pinto etc whatever you prefer)
Tin of sweetcorn and ...
a bit of grated cheese.
Mix half the salsa with the beans and sweetcorn in slow cooker, put chicken breasts in, and cover with have rest of salsa, leave all day on low, or 4-6 on high, 10 minutes before serving, sprinkle the cheese on top.
We have this with wraps, lettuce and natural yogurt (instead of sour cream), but it's also yummy with rice, if doing with rice, I put a bit of water in, or half a tin of chopped tomatoes to give it a bit more sauce as I don't like dry rice.
One of the few dinners in the slowcooker that neither of the children moan about!!0
