Cost of Fuse Board Replacement

Options
Hello,

I live in a 2 bed flat and I need earth bonding updating (from water) and installing for gas and a new fuse board (I have the old wire up yourself fuses!!)

Does anyone now roughly how much this will cost just so I can get a rough idea if I am being taken for a ride when the quotes come in?

I live about 10 north of London!

Thank you for your time and help!

The elecrtrician I use charges £350 for a fuse board upgrade. The eartyh bonding will take longer. So allow £500 - £600
Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.

    About right for london prices.
  • We just had the same thing done - It was £500 inc VAT - We had a new consumer unit and earth bonding. We're in Surrey.
