Legal Rights of being moved hotels

Hi all, have booked a holiday, well a hotel with lowcostholidays.

Have recently read that alot of the time they overbook our hotel and send guests to thier sister hotel not far away which is horrendous, my question, if we get there and they say sorry we have no room here for you, Do we have a right to demand not to go and demand another hotel? Or will they just say we are sending you to the same start hotel same board ??

Thanks if anyone knows!

You dont have to go anywhere you dont want.
    BUT
If theres no room, theres no room. You could technically book into any hotel you want , pay for it and then pursue a refund of your original booking.

If you are worried about this situation, then why not phone them and discuss your concerns.
