My advice is to move. The situation is NEVER going to improve as the tenants are almost certainly on LHA with taxpayers money going straight into the pockets of greedy landlords who simply don't care who they rent the properties out to.

If LHA is going to stay then there should be a law that forces greedy landlords to vet tenants and also allow anyone within a 100m range of a resident receiving LHA to vote them out of the property.

I know of a similar story, when the property became vacant between tenants, someone put the windows in, when they where replaced they where put in again, it seemed to work the house was sold. Not the brightest thing to do............
