My website is currently getting a lot of referrs (according to awstats) from sites such as:
http://www.mycaribbeanpoker.com
http://www.kenogo.com
http://www.onlinekenoo.com

And about hundred more like them.

They are probably starting to eat into my bandwidth.
(i've already suffered from spam bots registering to my Phpbb)

Is there anyway i can start to get this under control?

are they leaching content from your site ?

i doubt they would be as its a small local football team site.

I'm also now suffering from e-mail spoofing from my domain.

Anyone any ideas what i can do?

Do you know what pages they are hitting / requesting

You might want to consider moving hosts if they are just hitting an Ip range.

If you are being specifically targetted by domain name then it might be a little trickier.

Nothing you can do about email address spoofing really.

Are you running a link exchange at all ? things like linkmarket can attract all the wrong sites like the ones you mention and dont really do your current links any good
