Cape Town Flight 5th of Oct

I am looking to book a direct flight London -Cape Town on 5th of October returning 12th of October.

Best price I have come up with is £745, do you think I can do better?

Any tips/advice much appreciated, it is so much more expensive than two years ago.

I can't really help either - it's a very short period of time, as well - but have you phoned the various discount people or just looked online? When I've been travelling to CT, I've always received the best price via the phone, but haven't been concerned about travelling direct. Have you tried Friends of the Lion/Friends of the Springbok? I have a friend who belongs to this, don't know the details myself, but she seems to get good rates. They've been going forever, and are apparently sweet and friendly to deal with. Plus if you have family overseas, they have a possibility of emergency travel if you become a member.
