Is there any bank I can just walk into and make a payment to my MBNA Visa just using my card?

Your bank, possibly.
Why would you do this though? It's more reliable, faster, and less effort to just pay it over the phone or using your online banking.Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

I know, its just I have the cash now. I'd rather just go in and pay it off rather than set up online banking for the card or pay in current account then set up transfer lol0

It's up to your bank, they may accept it, or they may want you to deposit the cash and make a bill payment.
It depends on who your with, and to be honest, the knowledge and / or attitude of the teller who you see in branch.
Probs try to sell you something while you're there, too, so be preparedCashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48
