Looking for a UK based Euro bank account

Hi there,

Does anyone know of a Euro bank account I can open in the UK? I usually bank with Barclays, but their Euro account doesn't even come with a card, so I can't use it when I travel to Europe!

The reason is half my income is paid in Euros and I often have to pay for products/services in Euros. At the moment I pay for it to be converted to sterling, only to pay for it to be converted back to Euros again.

Any suggestions appreciated.

HSBC Offshore (Jersey, Guernsey, IoM). Comes with card etc just as a normal UK GBP account, but can be denominated in Euro, US$ and other currencies too.

I've been reading another similar thread and it looks like Citibank is the best option. I checked out the HSBC site, and unless I've been looking at the wrong page, you need £25,000 to open an account - which I don't have, unfortunately!
