Hi, quick question, I am currently shopping for an exercise bike, I found the perfect one on the Argos website at less than half price, as I didnt get paid till today I called into my local store last week to ask when the bike was on offer until, to which I got the blunt response, 'at least another 2 weeks'. So that was fine, however today I have come to reserve the bike online for collection and found it has gone back up to full price (£139.99 - £299.99)!! The thing that bugs me the most is that had they told me the offer was up last week, I would have bought it there and then on my credit card! Do I have any rights here or am I best to just let it be and get on with life

No rights, you would be relying on goodwill.0

Argos didn't tell you anything of the sort!
Another one of those "don't give a damn" employees did. Tough break!0
