Cupboard door hinge/wood problem

After a bit of a saga with a broken integrated washing machine. I bought a new machine. The problem is that the machine height is a different height to the old one so the kitchen cupboard door which is attached to the washing machine is about 1cm lower than the other cupboard doors. It would normally be a simple case of moving the hinges on the cupboard door, however there must have previously been a couple of different machines attached to it in the past and the bit where you cut a circular dent into the door out so that part of the hinge sits in it so the door is flush with the machine is where the new screws would need to be if I moved it.
does anyone have any ideas of how I could do this. For example is it possible to fill the dents with a wood filler? Would that be able to take the screws and thus weight of door? or fill with wood cut to the same shape and glued in?
I was thinking about putting some extra wood underneath the machine to make it higher but the kitchen plinth is an absolute NIGHTMARE to get in and out and that would mean needing to remove part of a skirting board again and regrouting tiles etc so want to avoid at all costs if at all possible.
Any thoughts anyone? Please help

Hi,
I recently had a new integrated washing machine fitted to replace my old integrated one. Is the washer sitting under the bench with very little gap at the top? If not it may just be a simple job of adjusting the feet of the machine to gain extra height which will in turn move the door up, in the new machine i got you were supplied with two different height feet for on the bottom of the machine I had to use the bigger ones.0 -
sadly there isn't room at the top. probably only 1cm
