Find sold price on shared ownership

Is it possible to find out the price paid for a property if it is not listed in the land registry because it was bought under shared ownership when newly built and this is the first time it is for sale?

the shared ownership sale should be in land registry, the only difficulty is you might not know what percentage the figure relates to, i.e. a 35% share or a 50% share

Thanks, but no - the land registry does NOT include any sale prices that are discounted due to shared ownership or the right-to-buy scheme. That's the problem.

How strange, just checked on one of the hous price websites and a few of many neighbours who have s/o places are listed but all the newer s/o properties aren't.

Not sure how else you could find out i'm afraid

We just sold our shared ownership property and we were the first people to live in it....our sold price is showing on the sold price area of RightMove....Search by the road name.

As said above tho, it only tells you the price, not the % share that relates to.
