No, it's just people looking at the items in the preview (a few posts back) and they have noticed that the store delivery option has been removed.

Last sale time, I spent over £150 to get free delivery. When I took stuff back to store for a refund they deducted 18p from the refund on every item. I probably wouldn't have noticed except that the total of the refund had some odd number of pence. The store rang the online people who said I should mail it all back to them! Needless to say I refused to do this having driven out to the store already, and also assuming they would make the same deductions. The assistant then had to put an adjustment through for each item I had returned. So if you take stuff back to store, be on your guard. I am not sure where they stand from a legal point of view in effectively charging you to return goods.
  • last sale I popped a couple of school items in with sale order which saved 88p postage cost (not huge but every little helps) when I posted returns back (both the school items inc) they didn't make any adjustments just gave me back what i paid
