Quickest way to transfer between 2 Halifax accounts?

I urgently need to send a CHAPS payment tomorrow from my Halifax Current Acct.
Tried yesterday to transfer online £35k from my Guaranteed Saver to my current acct - message said it would take up to 48 hours. Not only that, but the staff in my local branch said I couldnt transfer more than £15k online in one transaction, even between 2 of my own accounts.
If they are right,
...what is the quickest way to get the money from the guaranteed saver into the current account?
Thanks a lot.

I had this with websaver. Quick transfer would only do £10k Websaver -> Current but more the other way. However I ended up doing about £75k in multiples of £10k (ie 8 quick transfers) and the system had no problem with that.0

Guaranteed Saver (and Guaranteed Saver Reward) are poor for withdrawing online.
Walk in to a branch, with additional ID, and it will be done there and then for you with no charge.
Alternatively use telephone banking and it will happen same day.
You could send it from the Guaranteed Saver account.I urgently need to send a CHAPS payment tomorrow from my Halifax Current Acct.0 -
Do remember as well, that you will need to go into branch to do a CHAPS payment now.....100% G33K
