I'm looking at buying one of the above, i want one that does a trickle charge and also a fast charge, also one that tells you the condition of the battery, and can also start a car that has a flat battery. I have seen one at Machine mart for about £50 (clarke model), has anybody any recommendations or ones to steer clear of.
Thanks

No idea ... but ...
I was always told it's only worthwhile having one of these if you intend to use it very often. This is because if your not continually using it, the charger itself will start to go flat and one day you may need to charge the charger!0 -
I had one of the yellow Rolson ones that cost about £25. Complete rubbish - it now won't take a charge at all. If you want something dependable then a decent make (like Clarke) is worth the extra money. Can I help?0
