euston ticket machine

Can anyone tell me where about at Euston the machine is situated for picking up tickets ordered online,my cousin is unfamilia with England so if I can give her an idea where it is it would be very helpful ,thanks.

its any standard ticket machine in the hall ,they have a collect tickets option

There are around 30 machines but depending on the time of the day they can be very busy, the same goes for Kings Cross, so make sure your cousin is there in plenty of time to collect the tickets before the train departs. An advance ticket on Virgin becomes worthless when the train leaves the platform if you are not on it!

They are located in the booking office, when entering Euston station and facing the departure boards walk left along the concourse into the booking office, there are a ton of them in there.
