Value for challenge anyone?
I now need to get to Portsmoth from Scotland! I was born in Portsmoth, and spent first 11 years there, so will maybe book a break there too. I haven't been back for about 20 years.0 -
Oh wow! What a brilliant prize! I think you've covered your costs and we are only three days into 2007!0

Well done - that's a lovely prize.
I am a Pompey girl too - you must book a break here. There's so much more to see and do now. The Spinnaker Tower is lovely.
Why don't you take a look around on the internet to see how much it would cost you to book a ferry trip etc then you will get an idea of the value

Thanks emily. Any suggestions for accomodation in Portsmouth?
I looked on the website and the ferry works out at £96 for dates I want, so probably £150 would be a conservative MSE estimate. Does that sound fair to everyone else to put in my signature?0 -
Well done. Lucky you. Let me know when you're going, I live just across the Solent from Portsmouth. I could come and wish you Bon Voyage:T0
