As above, I need to contact the CEO or senior manager in the above company on behalf of a relative who is getting nowhere with the CS team. Thanks in advance for any info given. Should read Planet Cruise!

Thanks, apparently the CEO is Gary West, and although they are part of the Co op group they are still "independent" so it is his email address I need, but CS refused to provide it.0
