They don't even remove when it's reported unfortunately. Many are allowed to carry on until it's too late for the unfortunate buyers.

I have had listings removed because someone has reported it, and have seen listings removed after I have reported them.

They are usually good on removing them once reported, but it's the fact they have to be reported in the first place makes it a silly system.

Even if they had a system in place that removed listing with "i'm not actually selling" in the description, would prevent a few people being scammed.


I thought a simple, check feedback, check paypal registered, check location / time with ebay, all looks good then go ahead.

If someone with 2303 positive feedback comments can't be trusted after all, who the hell can we trust.

My Woolworths order has changed to 'ready to bill'.

I hope it goes thorugh as i put my card as a maestro even though it is a solo but it does has a maestro logo on the card as well. There is plenty of money in my account, i might give them a ring to see if i can change the card they will take payment.

I've just sold 2 Wii's on ebay and not had either of them pulled. They were UK Pal versions though, not imports.

Sad. Unfortunately I don't seem to have the touch. I've reported the empty box sellers, blatant & persistent shillers & scammers over time & their listings have remained. I've had to watch it all go downhill & the neg feedback roll in.

I'm just small fry though, so they probably don't take any notice of me.
