It is against ebay rules too. I have reported the auction. Hopefully they will remove it quickly although I kind of think that someone stupid enough to take part deserves to lose £20. What is it they say about a fool and his money...? :rolleyes:

First post so hope this is ok.
Picked up a Wii package in Toys R Us in Hove today at 2.30pm. £249.99 for console, sports, sports pack & 3 games(Surfs up, Ratatioullie? & Rayman). They'd just taken delivery and weren't putting them on the shop floor, you had to ask at Customer Services.
Also the delivery that was due to Argos in Burgess Hill didn't turn up today, they're hopeful for tomorrow..

IMO, that is the trouble with Ebay, they have rules but allow anything, it's only when someone reports the listing that it is removed.

Out of the thousands of items on ebay, there will be quite a few buyers out of pocket and sellers grinning from ear to ear until someone reports it's "dodgy".

If you live in leeds keep phoning asda living at crown point as they have had 2 deliveries per week for the last 3 weeks but you have to be quick and they are usually out for 2.30pm and are gone in minutes.
